Employable Skills Development Programme

Preparing Young People for Employment, Entrepreneurship and Future Careers

The Employable Skills Development Programme equips young people with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to access employment opportunities, start businesses, and succeed in the modern workplace. The programme recognizes that many young people face barriers to employment due to limited work experience, skills gaps, and a lack of exposure to career development opportunities.

Through training workshops, mentorship, career guidance, digital literacy training, entrepreneurship development, and workplace readiness sessions, TYHSA empowers young people to become economically active and self-reliant. The programme focuses on building both technical and soft skills that are highly valued by employers and essential for success in today's rapidly changing job market.

TYHSA works with schools, TVET colleges, universities, government departments, private sector partners, and community stakeholders to provide young people with opportunities for learning, networking, internships, volunteering, and career development.
